About
Cyber Advisor Solutions exists because the security industry made a choice — and it wasn't to protect the organizations that need it most. We made a different one.
Our mission
We exist to bring enterprise-grade offensive security expertise to the organizations that have historically been priced out of it — small and midsize businesses, nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and mission-driven institutions. Not a watered-down version of it. The real thing, scoped and structured to fit their reality.
The organizations working on civil rights, environmental protection, public health, and community welfare face real adversaries with real capabilities. The fact that they can't afford a Big 4 engagement doesn't mean they deserve less protection. It means the industry needs to build differently.
Compliance frameworks tell you whether you've checked the right boxes. Penetration testing tells you whether your defenses actually hold. We believe organizations deserve to know the truth about their security posture — not a sanitized version of it — so they can make real decisions.
Senior offensive security talent has historically been concentrated at firms that serve only the largest clients. We've structured our practice to make that expertise available to organizations with smaller budgets and bigger missions — without compromising on the quality of the work.
We don't upsell. We don't recommend services you don't need. If the honest answer to your question is 'you're not ready for a penetration test yet,' that's what we'll tell you — along with what you should do first. Our value is in the advice, not the invoice.
Every engagement starts with a genuine effort to understand your organization — your mission, your infrastructure, your team, your threat landscape, and your constraints. We don't apply a standard playbook. We build an approach that fits your reality.
We work with a small number of clients at a time, by design. It lets us give each engagement the attention it deserves and maintain the kind of advisory relationship that produces real security improvements — not just a report that sits on a shelf.
We're independent. We don't sell products, we don't take referral fees, and we don't have a preferred vendor stack we're trying to push. Our only interest is in giving you the most accurate picture of your security posture and the most useful guidance on what to do about it.
We start every potential engagement with a no-obligation conversation. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest discussion about your organization and whether we can help.
